Suzanne Pleshette, an American actor and voice artist from the United States. Over her nearly 5-decade long career, she has accumulated more than 100 credits. Pleshette is an New York native who began her acting career on stage. Then she made the move to screen. The most well-known films she has appeared in are 'Rome Adventure,' 'The Birds', 'Fate the Hunter', 'If it's Tuesday This Must Be Belgium', and Support Your Local Gunfighter. She has also appeared in several films and TV shows. She won four Emmy Awards, and received two Golden Globe Awards. Pleshette, who was twice nominated, took home an Emmy Award and the Laurel Award for 'The Birds" in 1963. Pleshette passed away in 2008 and she was awarded a Star was given to her in her honor on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.
